Standard Delivery
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability.
- Larger items such as baths, furniture and bathroom suites may be delivered via pallet or specialist courier.
- Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and your location.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your basket and your postcode.
- Some larger or specialist items may incur an additional delivery charge.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing for them.
If you notice any visible damage:
- Sign for the goods as Damaged where possible.
- Take photographs of the packaging and products.
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept your delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery depending on the courier.
We want you to shop with confidence.
If you've changed your mind, you can return most unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Products must be in a resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Special order products.
- Made-to-order items.
- Products that have been installed or modified.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Manufacturer Warranty
Every product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the product and brand.
Warranty periods may range from 1 year to Lifetime, depending on the manufacturer.
Product Support
If you experience a manufacturing fault:
- Contact our support team.
- Provide your order number.
- Include photographs where appropriate.
We'll work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Warranty Exclusions
Manufacturer warranties do not normally cover:
- Incorrect installation.
- General wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse.
- Damage caused by poor maintenance.
- Accidental damage.
We strongly recommend all products are installed by a qualified professional.
We deliver throughout mainland UK using specialist couriers experienced in transporting wall panels and flooring safely and securely.

Standard Delivery
- FREE on orders over £499.
- Orders under £499 are charged £29.95.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery
- Available for £59.95 on stocked items.
- Orders must be placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Delivery charge: £79.95
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Northern Ireland
- Delivery charge: £79.95
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Remote Areas
For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly, please contact our customer service team for a bespoke delivery quotation.
Re-delivery Charges
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information, a £29.95 re-delivery charge will apply.
Refused Deliveries & Cancellations
If an order is refused on delivery or cancelled after it has been dispatched, a £49.95 return charge will apply, together with the original delivery charge where applicable.
For orders that qualified for FREE delivery, a £29.95 collection charge will be deducted from any refund.
Please Note
- Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
- Due to the size of wall panels and flooring, we cannot provide specific delivery times.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any shortages or damage within 72 hours.
- Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
- Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with an updated delivery date.
